Job Summary
Temporary Measure Technician travels to customer homes in the Toledo area to take accurate window measurements for newly sold jobs, enter data into software, and provide excellent customer service. Role requires 2 years of hands-on experience in installing windows/roofing/siding/gutters, a valid driver’s license, ability to use data-entry software, strong math and communication skills, and physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders. Company provides a temporary opportunity with a vehicle, gas card, and tools; standard hours are 8–5, Monday to Friday with possible overtime and weekends to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional experience installing windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection and insulation
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Basic computer skills with an ability to use a software application to enter data
- Positive attitude as well as excellent communication skills
- Great math skills
- Must have excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb a ladder and work roof heights
