Job Summary
Prepare for production by reviewing schedules, calculating requirements, and assembling materials. Maintain a safe environment by following standard operating procedures and keep equipment operational through troubleshooting and repair coordination. Document all actions accurately in batch records and logs while operating within the ERP system. Receive and organize laboratory inventory, then perform enzymatic reactions and utilize purification systems to produce research-grade RNA reagents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field, preferably Molecular Biology or Biochemistry
- 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing laboratory experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Experience with executing Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
