Temporary Maintenance Technician

Seasonal maintenance technician for a luxury student housing community in Flagstaff. Responsibilities include assisting with apartment turnovers, inspecting units to ensure move-in readiness, performing touch-up painting, pressure washing building exteriors and walkways, and supporting the maintenance team during the summer turnover period. Must be capable of physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), able to work in a team, and have reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. In-person work at Park Place Flagstaff with background verification and drug screening. Equal opportunity employer.
