Temporary Maintenance Technician

Temporary Maintenance Technician responsible for grounds cleanup, preventative and routine maintenance, repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), apartment turnovers, and janitorial tasks. On-site role with emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and customer service; operates with the property manager and uses Yardi for work orders; may perform on-call maintenance and engage with vendors and residents. Requires ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, operate maintenance tools and equipment, read plans and regulatory documents, and communicate effectively with diverse teams. Prior experience in building trades and a high school level education are expected; role could lead to full-time depending on workload.
