Temporary Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance Assistant responsible for HVAC and mechanical inspections, drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing/electrical work, carpentry, landscaping, and coordinating maintenance tasks with nursing staff in a SNF/long-term care setting. Duties include repairs to HVAC, hot water systems, gates/valves, outlets and switches, general maintenance, and administrative tasks; prior SNF maintenance experience preferred. Strong emphasis on following maintenance standards, safety, and ensuring adequate supplies; background screening per AHCA Clearinghouse required. Location in Lakeland, FL with full-time hours and potential overtime, benefits include health insurance and 401(k).
