Job Summary
Perform manual labor, operate light construction equipment and tools, and conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance. Filter air exchangers and AC units, assemble medical equipment, and handle painting for interior and exterior house maintenance. Execute tasks including fixing leaky sinks, backed-up toilets, and changing light fixtures while adhering to safety precautions and occupational hazards. Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, including extended outdoor hours in changing weather, with a valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
- Knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practice used in maintenance
- Knowledge of laws, ordinances, and regulations involved in equipment operation
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to problem solve
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to operate power and manual tools
- Must be able to operate light equipment
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
