Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse

Conduct screening procedures, documentation, and patient triage in the Internal Medicine department as directed by the lead nurse. Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines per provider orders while performing hearing and vision screenings. Lead care team huddles, direct population management, and participate in quality improvement activities. Assist providers with in-office procedures and float to other departments or the laboratory for coverage as needed. Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety goals, and all CORNERSTONE policies. Maintain a clean environment and refer phone calls to the Lead Nurse or Physician.
