Job Summary
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the store, leading by example through mentoring and coaching the sales team. Manage essential cash handling tasks, including opening and closing responsibilities, while providing exemplary customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others
- Ability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
