Job Summary
Conduct fitness and aquatics instruction, including group aerobics, swim lessons, and adaptive water programs for youth with autism. Serve as a lifeguard, float board instructor, or team coach for youth swim development. Manage front desk operations, handle cash transactions, and support birthday party setup and cleanup. Maintain facility cleanliness as an evening or weekend custodian. Work 8–29 hours weekly with flexible scheduling for mid-day and weekend coverage. Required Qualifications

- any specialty certification for classes one wishes to teach
- ability to teach on the weekends
- ability to work 8-29 hours a week
- ability to work mid-day shifts
- ability to work weekend shifts
- ability to work at other SL County pools close to Fairmont
- ability to work Monday & Wednesday weeknights
- ability to work Saturdays
- ability to work Saturday mornings
- ability to work 8-16 hours a week
- ability to pass a required background check through fingerprinting
- ability to enroll in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program
- ability to work an average of 29 hours or less per week
- ability to work an average of 129 hours or less per month
- ability to work as an FLSA non-exempt employee
- ability to work as an At Will employee
- ability to be terminated for any reason without notice and without a pre-termination hearing
