Job Summary
Conduct youth sports officiating for basketball, soccer, flag football, and T-ball; serve as lifeguards, swim instructors, or team coaches at the aquatics center; operate Zambonis and monitor ice conditions; or perform custodial and front desk duties. Work an average of 29 hours or less per week or 129 hours or less per month as an at-will, non-exempt employee. Pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back program. Join a team supporting diverse youth and adult sports programs with flexible hours and a free center pass.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program
- Must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month
- Are not eligible for County benefits except as otherwise provided for by policy
- Are not considered merit employees
- Are 'at will' employees who may be terminated for any reason, without notice, and without a pre-termination hearing
