Job Summary
Conduct drop-in soccer supervision, group fitness instruction, and aquatic activities including water slide attendance and swim lessons at the Draper Recreation Center. Supervise lifeguards, swim instructors, and coaches while managing customer service and building maintenance duties. Work an average of 29 hours or less per week as an at-will, non-exempt temporary employee ineligible for county benefits. Pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back program. Contact team members via email to schedule interviews for specific roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month
- Are not eligible for County benefits except as otherwise provided for by policy
- Are not considered merit employees
- Are 'at will' employees who may be terminated for any reason, without notice, and without a pre-termination hearing
- the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements
