Job Summary
Conduct seasonal customer service duties, supervise facility operations, and instruct skating or hockey programs at the County Ice Center. Perform custodial maintenance and manage client interactions during peak hours. Complete required pre-employment background checks in accordance with County Human Resources policy. Work an average of 29 hours or less per week or 129 hours or less per month as a temporary, at-will employee. This role offers flexible scheduling in a fun environment for motivated, reliable staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a required pre-employment background check in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements
- Must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month
- Are not eligible for County benefits except as otherwise provided for by policy
- Are not considered merit employees
- Are 'at will' employees who may be terminated for any reason, without notice, and without a pre-termination hearing
