Job Summary
Monitor outbound trailer movements for crossdock and store deliveries, ensuring accurate shipping plans, schedules, and transportation optimization. Execute plans to follow up on carrier performance, manage trailers in-transit, and escalate late arrivals or high-level challenges to supervisors. Support yard staffing, scheduling, and usage while collaborating with Field Leadership and Shipping teams to ensure proper loading and damage practices. Create and follow Standard Operating Process guides, audit the Yard Management System, and provide guidance to peer coordinators. Manage decisions on adding or canceling movements to optimize transportation spend across store delivery volumes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations / transportation role
- demonstrated leadership experiences

- Supply Chain / Logistics / Distribution experience

- Ability to influence without authority
