Job Summary
Temporary HR Assistant Benelux for 40 hours/week in Amsterdam supporting the Benelux HR department in admin and recruitment. Responsibilities include drafting employee contracts, keeping personnel systems up-to-date, assisting line managers with probation periods and end of contracts, first-responder for HR phoneline and Benelux email, invoice management (NL focus), overseeing Temper platform, handling first-line recruitment (excluding interviews), guiding managers to HR specialists on absenteeism and labor conditions, monthly HR reporting, taking meeting minutes, and performing other duties as needed. Travel approx. quarterly to Antwerp. Requirements: HBO/MBO+ degree; proven HR administration and recruitment experience; Dutch and English language skills; MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience; SAP a plus; strong time management and communication skills; team-oriented and adaptable. Required Qualifications
- A relevant college (HBO or MBO+) degree
- Proven HR Administration & Recruitment experience
- Language skills: Dutch and English; French is a plus
