Job Summary
Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces at a 357-room full-service hotel. Collaborate with the Housekeeping Management team to meet standards and ensure a hazard-free stay for guests. Require attention to detail, multitasking, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, taking ownership of tasks and feedback for growth, and applying cleaning techniques and safety protocols. The role supports a team-driven culture within a hospitality environment and offers on-site responsibilities with opportunities for development. The position pays $28.00 per hour and requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience in a similar size hotel (357+ rooms)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
