Job Summary
Temporary Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for inspecting rooms, public areas, and pool areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards; run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update room assignments. Act as liaison to coordinate Housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; ensure safety and security policies are followed; uphold uniform standards and professionalism; communicate clearly with guests and staff; maintain positive working relationships; manage physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds and operating equipment; use computers/POS systems and read various formats; perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
