Job Summary
Answer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from guests, vendors, and internal partners. Respond to customer complaints by coordinating field input and conduct research to resolve issues. Document all interactions in order management systems for accurate record keeping. This role requires proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills. Located in the Greater Chicago Area, this temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.50.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
