Job Summary
Temporary Groundskeeper at Pine Hills Golf & Supper Club responsible for maintaining grass areas, trimming and removing weeds, keeping walkways clear of debris (including snow/ice in winter), planting and replenishing outdoor plants, operating lawn and other equipment, performing routine equipment maintenance, reporting hazards, advising on ground improvements, coordinating with landscapers and supervisors, changing marquee signs per marketing requests, maintaining equipment inventory and repair lists, attending trainings, and complying with casino resort policies and maintenance procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; required for applicants 19 years old and under
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License
- Successful completion of a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB)
- Consistent attendance
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and health screening
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Courteous and friendly demeanor
- Previous groundskeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate specified equipment
- Reading and understanding labels and MSDS
- Willingness to work in varied and extreme weather conditions
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Ability to obtain forklift certification and training
