Job Summary
Assess customer needs, make personalized product recommendations, and create memorable experiences while cultivating deep product knowledge. Inspect and clean customer jewelry, consult on repairs for timepieces, and maintain customer information using company technology. Demonstrate enthusiasm when showing merchandise, connect with existing and potential customers, and build lasting relationships. Work independently and in small teams with a goal-oriented, sales-driven approach. Be flexible with the full-time hourly schedule, including holidays, to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times. This seasonal role ends on 1/31/2027.
