Temporary FT Floor Tech responsible for cleaning buildings and keeping areas neat and tidy by removing debris, buffing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. Experience with floor-care equipment is helpful; will oversee buffs, waxes floors, scrubs, and operates carpet cleaners and sweepers. Primary duties include sweeping/mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, steam-cleaning carpets, using cleaning solutions to remove stains, mixing agents, cleaning windows/glass partitions/mirrors, dusting furniture, applying wax and sealant, and cleaning/restrooms with disinfectants. Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds. Location: Milford Mill, Baltimore, and Owings Mills, MD.
