Job Summary
Assist with daily manufacturing operations by supporting production tasks including assembly, trimming, QC, glove turning, labeling, boxing, shipping, receiving, and leather cutting. Maintain Work in Process flow and coordinate daily with the manufacturing planning team to ensure adherence to output plans. Confer with leads to assess workload, monitor processes, and report findings or needs to the Sewing Lead. Requires experience in garment manufacturing, physical mobility to lift up to 45lbs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time temporary role offers potential for permanent hire, paid sick time, and product discounts.
