Temporary Finance Operations Associate Manager

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve and automate accounting processes, develop process models and workflow diagrams, and manage a team delivering accounting analysis and insights. Track performance metrics to identify improvements, deliver reports and dashboards to Accounting leadership, and partner with offshore teams to ensure timely accounting close deliverables. Collaborate effectively across teams in a global organization while managing competing priorities and driving results across multiple projects. This temporary 6-month contract is based in Dublin with a hybrid work mode.
