Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and repair ISE animatronic displays and accessories across multiple store locations to uphold visual and operational standards. Travel to assigned sites for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs, providing on-site and remote troubleshooting support to store teams. Conduct in-store repairs on guest returns, coordinate parts with the Zombie Tech Squad, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate service logs, repair documentation, and inventory records with before-and-after photos. Submit expense reports and use Excel to track completed work and outstanding issues. Collaborate with store managers and the Territory Support Manager to address merchandising challenges and improve visual presentations. Participate in daily and weekly team calls.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to travel extensively
- Mechanical/engineering experience to handle repairs in a timely fashion
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- 1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Publisher, and Excel
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation directions
