Job Summary
Conduct daily cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and assist with line setup, receiving, and shipping duties. Utilize voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment to pick, pack, and manifest materials according to client specifications. Complete required paperwork, project time-tracking documentation, and restock packaging materials while assisting team members in meeting customer expectations. Participate in process improvement by communicating with supervisors or team leads. Perform all duties as assigned, including bending, stretching, and standing for the full shift duration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of relevant warehouse experience
- Basic math skills
- Reading skills
- Ability to understand written instructions
- Ability to understand verbal instructions
- Attention to detail
- Team-building skills
- Ability to bend
- Ability to stretch
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on your own
- Ability to lift heavier weights as part of a team-lift
