Job Summary
The Temporary FC Operations Associate is responsible for the accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to the client's specifications. Key responsibilities include assisting with line set-up, conducting daily cycle counts, utilizing various technologies, completing necessary paperwork, restocking packaging materials, and participating in process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or three years of relevant warehouse experience required
- Must possess basic math and reading skills as well as the ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and team-building skills
- Able to bend, stretch, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds on your own or heavier weights as part of a team-lift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
