Job Summary
As a Temporary Fashion Associate at Reitmans, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to create a welcoming, customer-first environment. Responsibilities include assisting in fitting rooms, processing transactions at the cash desk, using product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales, maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability, with a passion for fashion and a focus on creating an inclusive shopping experience. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office is expected, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Remote work is not applicable for this posting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
