Job Summary
Deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk while assisting customers in the fitting room. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor using product knowledge to drive add-on sales. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg)
- Ability to use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
