Job Summary
Deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Process transactions efficiently and accurately while assisting customers in the fitting room, answering questions, and driving add-on sales using product knowledge and current promotions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
