Temporary Fan Zone Rep - Box Office

Support ticketing operations for the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone at Sports Illustrated Stadium. Deliver exceptional customer service, assist fans with ticket purchases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth fan experience on event days. Available to work June 12–July 18 (5 weeks), including nights, weekends, and 12+ hour shifts. Must learn quickly, be computer proficient to access/update customer records, maintain a positive and outgoing demeanor, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in varying weather. Prior experience in ticket offices for major events or in hospitality, sales, or call centers is preferred. Knowledge of various ticketing programs is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus but not required. Assigned hours may vary to meet event needs (nights and weekends).
