Job Summary
Evaluate candidates' application materials and recommend admission decisions for the Chicago Booth Full-Time MBA program during specific application rounds from mid-September to mid-October, early to late January, and early to mid-April. Participate in virtual training sessions in August-September and holistically assess applicants using internal evaluation criteria and documented rationale. Read applications for other Booth programs if needed while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion. Commit to at least 10 hours per week during designated periods, working remotely with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Meet hourly and weekly reading expectations and deadlines using Technolutions Slate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of two years of work experience in a professional environment
- Demonstration of exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor including tact, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality and ability to maintain it
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- A proven record of accomplished time management, organizational skills, and meeting established deadlines
- The ability to work independently
- Possession of a self-motivated disposition
- Demonstrated ability to respect and encourage varied perspectives
- Commitment to work at least 10 hours/week during the time periods listed above
- Hourly and weekly reading expectations and deadlines must be met

Desired Qualifications
