Temporary Event Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual events, monitor progress and timelines, manage day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks, plan and coordinate event promotion and communications with the team, handle registrations and event documentation for stakeholders, implement event marketing strategies aligned with broader business objectives, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and a growing global workforce to share knowledge and experience; assignment spans up to 6 months and includes supporting internal events as well as external occasions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating events or similar logistics tasks preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle registrations and event documentation
- Collaborative work with Marketing & Communications teams
