Job Summary
Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, navigating written directions and delivering vehicles locally or out of area as needed. Drive and deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations in a safe and courteous manner, riding with or following another driver to drop off or pick up multiple vehicles. Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely, communicating via 2-way radio or cellular phone when necessary. May clean vehicles and perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. This temporary position lasts a maximum of 90 days with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No more than one excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on driving record within the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Living within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from the location at 5727 Newton Road Albany, GA 31707
- Being at least 18 years old
- Availability for Temporary work lasting a maximum of 90 days
