Temporary Certification Specialist

Job Summary
Temporary Certification Specialist responsible for delivering client content to independent contractors in a live virtual setting, formatting content for interactive delivery, and re-certifying contractors on new client information. Responsibilities include presenting content to contractors, co-facilitating certification groups, daily progress roll-ups to Operations, collaborating with campaign managers to keep client policies up to date, creating and updating certification content, gathering contractor feedback to identify trends, hosting refreshers on policies/products/procedures, evaluating existing certification techniques, conducting 1-on-1 meetings with behind-schedule contractors, and assisting new contractors during their first 1-2 weeks of service after certification. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication, reliable hardware and connectivity for remote work, and willingness to travel for meetings with NexRep and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized and careful about time management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam (2 monitors recommended)
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Headset fitted with a microphone
- Technological proficiency
- Hours vary depending on client needs. Must be available nights and weekends as needed
- Travel to NexRep headquarters a minimum of twice per year, reimbursements provided
