Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout by greeting customers warmly and acting as an ambassador for the Insider Program to promote add-on sales and gift cards. Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance while processing returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards. Complete end-of-shift audits, keep the cashwrap organized and clean, and monitor equipment to report issues promptly. Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence. Requires 1+ years in cashier or retail roles with familiarity with POS systems and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons.
