Job Summary
Temporary Business Process Specialist responsible for research and analysis of routine/semi-routine administrative and operational support duties in project management, quality management, performance measurement, change management and business process improvement. Provides support to senior process consultants, auditors and team leaders. Develops and maintains databases to support data analysis; prepares recommendations for new or revised policies, procedures, and process changes; writes reports summarizing findings and methods; establishes project schedules using planning tools; communicates project status; conducts data analysis, trend evaluation, and data relevancy checks; facilitates meetings and documents action items using flowcharting methods; maintains positive relationships with managers, staff and stakeholders to gain cooperation. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience. Preferred qualifications include experience providing high-level administrative support, coordinating multiple projects, maintaining documentation, and liaising between executive offices and cross-functional departments.
