Job Summary
Boutique Operations Supervisor role at Richemont, NY flagship, overseeing operational support, administration, inventory, and logistics in a luxury watch environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily boutique operations, opening/closing setup, inventory control, ensuring proper paperwork to Corporate, auditing compliance, coordinating with Finance/Audit/Security, and supporting brand standards. Includes clienteling initiatives, CRM participation, events, and collaboration with management to identify training needs. Requires strong customer service focus, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and availability for retail hours including nights and weekends; background in watches/high-value luxury products and SAP exposure are a plus. The position is a temporary/full-time operations role based in New York.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years previous experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs
- Excellent computer skills
- SAP exposure is a plus
