Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and home décor. Actively listen to understand customer needs, provide styling advice, and create complete looks by suggesting add-ons and showcasing multiple ways to wear products. Guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout experience while reinforcing their choices. Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling, maintaining operational excellence including stockroom organization and POS transactions. Give and receive honest, constructive feedback in an honest, constructive manner. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy seasons. Lift at least 25 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Professional selling skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness
- Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
