Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in selecting items that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. Actively listen to understand needs, provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks by showcasing multiple ways to wear products. Guide customers through purchase decisions, ensure a seamless checkout experience, and reinforce choices to encourage returns. Drive results through strong customer connections while maintaining operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions. Give and receive honest, constructive feedback. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy seasons; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
