Job Summary
Stylist will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing styling guidance, product knowledge, and personalized looks while guiding purchase decisions and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, asking insightful questions to understand needs, offering styling suggestions and add-ons, showcasing multiple ways to wear products, maintaining stockroom organization, and handling POS transactions. Candidate should demonstrate professional selling skills, retail experience, multitasking and teamwork, and openness to omni/virtual selling techniques; must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs) and a strong commitment to customer focus and brand attributes across Kate Spade and the Tapestry group.
Required Qualifications
- Professional selling skills
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs)
