Receive payroll information from clients and Payroll Specialists to input new hire, changes, and termination data. Process payroll information to produce client-specific checks, invoices, and reports while ensuring accuracy and balancing worksheets. Uphold database integrity and compliance, then coordinate with the Finance Department to confirm fund receipt and manage wire documentation. Train with the Payroll team and attend weekly meetings to develop skill levels. Consult with supervisors when responding to new client questions.
