Job Summary

Receive payroll information from assigned clients and Payroll Specialists, then resolve high-volume requests by taking ownership and coordinating with internal departments to obtain positive resolutions. Support Core/Emerging Growth clients with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations under much supervision with no decision-making authority. Uphold the integrity of the client and employee database while ensuring all compliances are met. Train with the National Associate Payroll team, Supervisor, and Payroll Trainers to develop skill levels, attend weekly department meetings, and review the procedure manual semi-monthly. Establish clear communications with payroll specialists, clients, and team members, consulting with leadership when responding to new or different questions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
