Job Summary
Receive payroll information from assigned clients and Payroll Specialists, then resolve high-volume requests by taking ownership and coordinating with internal departments for positive resolutions. Support Core/Emerging Growth clients with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations while upholding the integrity of the client and employee database and ensuring all compliances are met. Train with the National Associate Payroll team, Supervisor, and Payroll Trainers to develop skill levels, attend weekly department meetings, and review the procedure manual semi-monthly. Consult with the Supervisor and Payroll Trainer when responding to new or different questions from clients and employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant work experience

- Bachelor's Degree in related field
