Job Summary
Temporary Account Executive responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area and Manhattan, NY, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding distribution through collaboration with retail partners. Duties include building relationships with owners, buyers, dispensary managers and budtenders; designing and executing Sales Driving Activities (promotions, displays, launches, training); leveraging data analytics to inform strategy; pursuing new business opportunities; ensuring accurate retailer records and Salesforce activity; and contributing to KPIs related to field activities, sales, and brand awareness. Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience, 5+ years in key account management with a track record of revenue growth, proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel within assigned markets; cannabis industry experience and premium-brand background are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships, with a proven track record of generating significant revenue
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis highly preferred

- You are Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience using distribution ERP is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements
- Must display excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Experience working with well-recognized, premium brand company
