Job Summary
General Production team member duties include operating hand tools, knives, and machinery to process meat products; maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the production line; standing for long shifts; lifting up to 60 lbs; working in cold, humid, and noisy environments; wearing PPE; and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive movement and lifting up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work in cold and warm environments
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
