Temporary 2nd Shift CNC Machinist

Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC or conventional machines for routine jobs, producing quality parts while performing standard setups, inspections, and minor adjustments. Load tooling and fixtures per job setup instructions, inspect in-process parts for blueprint compliance, and make basic offsets and adjustments. Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance and maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Independently identify abnormalities impacting production or quality to support consistent workflow. This fully onsite role requires 2–3 years of machining experience and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years machining experience
- Blueprint reading ability
- Basic CNC and computer skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to train on first shift
- Must be in good standing to be eligible for consideration
