Conduct pre- and post-wash inspection, remove and classify bottles outside quality standards, and sort rejected bottles from electronic inspection. Feed the production line with packaging materials including caps, boxes, labels, and tapes. Perform manual palletizing and despalletizing only with management authorization, wrap pallets, and execute chapatex classification. Assist with setup adjustments for packaging sizes, swap kits and air tubes, and paint equipment as needed. Manage effluent treatment by discarding and centrifuging sludge, cleaning sandboxes and effluent return, and organizing the sector. Clean the aquarium, remove chemicals from the warehouse, and clean the work area. Collect and dispose of generated waste such as boxes, films, and tubes. Adhere to integrated management system policies, participate in 5S and Kaizen programs, and practice rational energy and fuel usage. Complete elementary education and maintain availability for the required schedule.
