Job Summary
Lead end-to-end executive search for a five-month intensive project, driving commercial expertise and talent acquisition for key company vacancies. Manage the full recruitment cycle for strategic roles, focusing on rapid placement and high-volume billing targets. Execute autonomous prospecting and profile sourcing for executive, strategic, and senior positions while negotiating placements. Requires two years of experience in boutique or multinational executive search agencies with advanced English proficiency. This role is fully remote in Colombia or on-site in CDMX, with competitive compensation tied to results.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ años en agencias boutique o multinacionales de Executive Search
- Demostrable Track Record en prospección comercial
- Demostrable Track Record en levantamiento de perfiles Ejecutivos/Estratégicos/Senior
- Demostrable Track Record en manejo del ciclo completo de reclutamiento
- Inglés avanzado
- Orientado a objetivos
- Acostumbrado a trabajar por KPI de facturación/colocación rápida
- Alta capacidad de negociación
