Job Summary
Conduct inspections, report on capital expenditure projects, and review compliance with drawings and specifications for facilities, systems, and grounds. Liaise with local government for permitting, monitor project schedules, and coordinate furniture and materials delivery and installation. Manage the work of other employees, including mixed workforces, while maintaining standards established by the First Presidency regarding the temple's beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature. This position begins as the site supervisor on the construction site and transitions to the Facilities Manager role upon the temple's completion and dedication.
