Job Summary
TempForce Surgical Tech II (L&D Nights) at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, TN for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities include assisting the surgeon before, during, and after procedures; setting up, performing, and cleaning up the surgical procedure as a circulator and scrub tech; maintaining the sterile field per asepsis principles; performing counts of sharps, sponges, and instruments; and adhering to department policies. Qualifications include NBSTSA CST or NCCT TS-C certification (military training accepted in lieu), graduation from an approved program, and preferred 2+ years of surgical tech experience with Labor and Delivery experience. The role requires night shift responsibilities in the operating room with a focus on high-quality surgical care; BLS is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Certification: NBSTSA CST or NCCT TS-C (military training accepted in lieu of certification)
- Education: Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program OR completion of a surgical technologist training program

- BLS (Basic Life Support) preferred
