Job Summary
Lead position on 1st shift at Temperanceville Plant responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow, process efficiency, quality and team member training; coordinate daily department responsibilities, ensure communication of supervisor instructions, monitor equipment and notify maintenance as needed; maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies; perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment, with and without reasonable accommodation; position requires ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months continuous work history with single employer in past 12 months
- rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days
- Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods
- must be able to communicate efficiently
